As a leader, you want to draw out the unique talents of those you supervise, but doing so is not always straight-forward. In this leadership lab, we will consider strategies for equipping and supporting the leadership development of the individuals on your team. Whether you are empowering emerging talent, training a new staff member, or reigning in difficult personality dynamics, this leadership lab is for you.
Topics we’ll explore:
- Recognizing the growth potential, vocational joy, and professional challenges of your employees
- Creating a team culture of learning and development
- Knowing when and how to outsource leadership development
- Empowering your team without it back-firing on you
This month's Lab will be facilitated by Dr. Jamie Noling-Auth
