Values in Action: Leading with Greater Alignment

Explore how clarifying your values can strengthen the way you lead. This Lab will examine the relationship between personal and organizational values, what happens when they align or conflict, and how greater clarity can help leaders make intentional decisions, navigate challenges, and create meaningful impact.

This month's Lab will be facilitated by Dr. JoAnn Flett.

Dr. JoAnn Flett is an executive leader, speaker, and organizational consultant focused on leadership development, social impact, and human flourishing. A 2019–2020 Fulbright Teaching Scholar in Trinidad and Tobago, her research interests include B Corporations, entrepreneurial support organizations, and leadership development.

JoAnn has extensive experience advising nonprofit and social impact organizations in the U.S. and internationally. She holds an MBA and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University, where her doctoral research examined the B Corporation movement and the evolving goals of 21st-century business.
