Leadership Lab - August

Tuesday, August 18, 2026
10-11:30am Pacific

Money tells a story. In this interactive Leadership Lab, you'll gain a clearer understanding of your current financial reality, identify where you want to go, and develop practical strategies to help you get there.

Understand Your Current Financial Story
Participants will identify where their money is currently going by tracking expenses, analyzing spending patterns, and distinguishing between needs, nice-to-haves, and extras. The goal is to create awareness without judgment and establish a realistic starting point.

Define the Next Chapter
Participants will connect their spending and income to their personal or business goals, creating a vision for where they want their financial story to go. This includes setting meaningful short-, mid-, and long-term goals and aligning financial decisions with their values.

Create Guardrails for the Journey
Participants will learn how to build a flexible budget that supports their goals, use financial data to make informed adjustments, and leverage available resources and tools to stay on track. The focus is on progress, not perfection.
