JJ Switzer is a transformation and change management leader with more than a decade of experience guiding organizations through complex operational, cultural and strategic shifts. His background spans global retail, higher education and fast-growing technology environments, where he has built a reputation for turning strategy into actionable, scalable and people-centered change.
JJ lives in Tigard, Oregon with his wife and daughter. When not at work, you can find JJ spending time with family, watching sports, going on trail runs, or volunteering at George Fox University.
