Speaking Publicly with Confidence: From Nerves to Presence

Wednesday, January 21, 2026
10-11:30am Pacific

Public speaking is one of the most common fears—and one of the most powerful opportunities for leadership, connection, and impact. Whether you’re addressing a team, a client, or a large audience, confidence on stage begins in the body and the mind. In this interactive 90-minute session, participants will learn how to transform nervous energy into grounded presence, align body language and vocal delivery with intention, and connect authentically with their audience.

Through a mix of neuroscience, mindfulness, and practice, participants will explore techniques to center themselves, regulate the nervous system, and communicate with clarity and impact. Participants will leave with tangible tools, embodied awareness, and renewed confidence in their ability to speak from a centered, authentic place—no matter the stage.

This Lab is facilitated by Leadership Center's Head of Strategic Partnerships, Ingrid Hu Dahl.
