Our Story

Leadership Center was founded in 2012 as a leadership development organization, providing mentorship opportunities for leaders through internships and coaching. Since our inception, we have been committed to helping leaders gain clarity on their personal identity in order to better serve their communities, both within and beyond the workplace. We have mentored college and graduate students through our internship program, coached emerging leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs to deepen their impact as influencers who lead from their authentic selves. With over twenty years of experience, our team remains up-to-date with industry trends while staying grounded in our practice. This means that we employ innovative approaches to leadership development, incorporating modern tools like online assessments and software, while remaining true to our core value of helping leaders root themselves in their identity and create sustainable success in their endeavors.

We know that healthy leaders heal the world. Our mission is to support every leader we work with to engage their ability to generously grow love, creativity, and risk-taking in the world through leadership development and activation
